This primer is made from the highest quality acrylic resin and has a superior level of pigmentation. It is fast drying and opaque and is ideal for use on a wide variety of surfaces, such as cotton canvas, hardboard and masonry. This is the best primer for one coat application. It’s also suitable for oil and alkyd painting.
